The Second Regular session of the 129th Maine Legislature ended abruptly and adjourned "without day" on March 17th after passing emergency legislation relating to the COVID-19 crisis. The legislature is in recess indefinitely.

MAINE'S STATE BUDGET There is a wealth of information on Maine's 600-page biennial budget as well as other resources relating to state spending at the Legislature's nonpartisan Office of Fiscal and Program Review.
